Fresh Eggs Sign

I bought this Easter sign while in the Dollar Tree yesterday.  I wasn’t crazy about the saying on it though- pretty corny!

That’s okay because I won’t be hanging it on that side.  I printed out some letters I like and a couple of Easter eggs and cut them out (does someone need a Silhouette?).  I brushed school glue onto the backs of the letters and eggs before placing them on the board.  Then I brushed about two coats of glue over the top.  This morning when I got up, I sprayed it down with some sealer.  A few minutes later, and it’s good to go!

I think it’s pretty cute.

The best part is I still have the other side to use.  I can paint over that corny saying and put whatever I want on it.  So, for a dollar, I can get plenty of use out of this one little sign.

I have so much to do, not to mention all of the housework and yardwork I need to get caught up on!  Hopefully I’ll have something completed soon to show you.
