Gimme Five For Friday #2

I hope you all had a fun Fourth of July with your family and friends.  We sure did.  I’m so glad it’s the weekend so I can catch up on laundry (ugh) and maybe get the time to take a dip in the pool and even get some painting done.  What are you going to be doing?

Last week there was a little confusion that everyone was supposed to link up 4th of July projects because that is what I listed.  But, just let me clear things up when I say there is NO THEME!  No matter what I share, you can still share something totally different.  Of course if it happens to be the same, that is okie dokie with me!  The only thing that I ask is that it is a post of 5 things.  Anything you want!  So, now that we’ve cleared that up, here’s my five:

5 Great Repurposing Projects

 1.  Leather Belt Rug.  You can purchase one from LeatherBeltRugs.com or send them an email and they will provide you with step by step instructions for making your own!

2.  Old Keys Lampshade.  Here are the instructions for making it.

3.  Treadmill Workstation.  NO EXCUSES!

4.  Silverware Jewelry Trees are just as beautiful as they are functional.

Amazing recycled silverware jewelery trees.
5.  Washing Machine Fire Pit.  Seriously awesome.

If those don’t inspire you to go make something cool out of your old junk, I don’t know what will!  OK, now it’s your turn.

  1. I love it when people recycle and repurpose. It sure saves things from ending up in Landfills.
